Shipping and returns

Your order

Orders are usually shipped within 2 days after payment and are shipped via carrier with guarantee.

Whatever the choice of carrier, we will provide a link to track your order online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as transportation costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the order. We recommend you group as many items as possible per order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will be applied to each of them. Your order will be dispatched with cargo insurance if it arrives damaged you have 24 hours to send photographic proof of the damage so that a new order can be sent to you at no cost, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.
