Shipping methods

For mainland Portugal, Estudioplast uses the delivery service of the carrier Fema - Express Transport and Logistics.

For the Azores and Madeira islands, use the delivery service of the carrier Seamodal - Cargo Lda.

The goods travel with shipment insurance, and when the customer signs the delivery act with the courier, they are ensuring that the order has arrived in perfect condition. If this is not the case, they should refuse to accept it, or if they wish to check the order later, they should comment 'subject to confirmation' next to their signature. After receiving it, they have 24 hours to notify Estudioplast of any anomalies.


You can pick up your orders at our facilities, ensuring beforehand that your order is already available for pickup.

All prices listed on the website are valid, except for programming errors.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
All prices mentioned on the website do not include the current VAT rate.
All goods and services are subject to the current VAT.

The cost of transportation is fully charged to the end customer .

Payment for orders is made:

Payment methods

- Payment with credit cards via PayPal
1. For all payments made by PayPal, the customer will have to mandatorily confirm the shipping address on the site. PayPal.com. Shipments of parcels paid for by this method are made to the customer's address listed on the Paypal.com.

Payment for this modality requires prior authorization.

- The payment via bank transfer is subject to the following conditions:

1. The bank transfer must be completed within 3 (three) days from the moment the order was placed. After this period, the order will be cancelled.;
2. To simplify the processing of your request, whenever possible, don't forget to, at the time of the bank transfer, insert the payment reference or else, send a of the proof by email to (info@estudioplast.com) with the indication of the order number.
3. Once the payment is confirmed, Estudioplast will proceed to send the order to the indicated address, which may take 5 to 8 business days. (Except in case of stock shortage or production time)

General Conditions No. 1

1.1. The User, before accepting these General Conditions, should read them carefully and thoroughly, and if they raise any doubts, they may request any necessary clarifications through a letter sent to the address: Rua dos Três Lagares, Antiga Praça Municipal, 17 6230-421 Fundão - Portugal. ,

1.2. All requests for clarification, complaints, suggestions or other communications regarding the use of the site should be submitted to Estudioplast in one of the ways indicated in the previous number, and will be evaluated and responded to, in the same manner, within 8 (eight) business days.

General Conditions No. 2

2.1. The services provided by Estudioplast to the User will be governed by these General Conditions and applicable legislation.

2.2. The User will express their desire to adhere to these General Conditions through their respective registration on the website www. Estudioplast .com, hereinafter referred to as the website.

2.3. The registration as a User provides access to the services offered by Estudioplast, in accordance with the General Conditions of Use that follows.

2.4. The registration mentioned in the previous number will be made through the insertion, in the appropriate fields of the site, of the identification data and other distinguishing features of the User, as well as the selection of the option to understand and accept, without reservations, the content of these General Conditions.

General Conditions No. 3

3.1. The purpose of Estudioplast includes the e-commerce of goods and services, incorporating the services provided and/or promoted through its website.

3.2. The prices of the aforementioned goods are expressed in euros (EUR) and are listed in the appropriate section of the site, in the corresponding price list, along with the payment methods available to the User.

3.3. The provision of services offered by Estudioplast depends, in each usage session, on the insertion, in the appropriate fields of the site, of the username and password that are assigned to the User after their registration.

3.4. The User shall keep the aforementioned username and password confidential, and should they suspect or become aware of any use of such data by third parties, they must inform Estudioplast, with a view to changing it.

3.5. Estudioplast is authorized to, when security reasons require it, proceed with the renaming of all or any elements of the User's accounts, namely the username and password, notifying the Users of this, as well as to cancel the accounts that have been inactive for more than six months or that are being used in violation of these General Conditions.

3.6. Estudioplast reserves the right to unilaterally change these General Conditions of Use, in which case the User must expressly accept the changes made if they wish to continue to enjoy the services provided.

General Conditions No. 4

4.1. The User may, at any time, and without the need for justification, cancel their registration on the site, by sending a letter to the address indicated in the C.G. no. 1.1. or, if you prefer, by email sent to info@estudioplast.com

4.2. In the event that the former User wishes to re-register on the site, they should mention this in the field provided for the insertion of additional information, with the aim of reactivating their old account.

General Conditions No. 5

5.1. The personal data transmitted by the User upon their registration on the site will be organized electronically in a database belonging to Estudioplast, with the sole and exclusive purpose being its use in contractual relations between Estudioplast and the User.

5.2. The data referred to in the previous number may be used in the context of promoting other Estudioplast services, unless the User objects, which can be deduced at any time.

5.3. If the User does not expressly state, at the time of their registration on the site, their opposition to data processing within the promotion of other services from Estudioplast, it will be considered that their silence has the value of consent.

5.4. The User is responsible for the information transmitted about him to Estudioplast at the time of his registration on the site, and must, under penalty of criminal proceedings, ensure that his identification data and other personal identifiers are truthful and permanently updated.


5.5. Estudioplast does not assume any responsibility for the possible registration of Users by third parties, whether authorized or not to do so, as well as for subsequent uses, whatever they may be.

5.6. All anomalous situations will be investigated by Estudioplast after a complaint or their own knowledge, and in case of doubt, reported to the Public Prosecutor for the opening of a criminal investigation.

5.7. The User or third parties acting under their identity or that of a fictitious person will be held responsible towards Estudioplast and third parties for any damages caused to them due to the inaccuracy or falsity of the registration data, or for the failure to keep them updated.

5.8. Estudioplast assumes full compliance with legal norms regarding personal data protection towards the User.

5.9. Under the terms of applicable legislation, the User has the right to access, rectify, and update their personal data, directly on the site or by letter addressed to the address indicated in the C.G. no. 1.1.

General Conditions No. 6

6.1. The present General Conditions and all rights and obligations arising from them or from any contract entered into under them shall be regulated by and subject to the laws of the Portuguese Republic and other provisions of international conventions to which Portugal is a party.

6.2. Unless legally provided otherwise, the jurisdiction of Covilhã District Court will be exclusively competent to settle all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions or any contract concluded under the same, with express waiver of any other.
