Our Acrylic Communication Boards (wall-mounted notice displays) provide an elegant solution to showcase announcements, notices, menus or any important information in a clear and organized manner. These boards are designed to hold multiple A4 sheets behind crystal-clear acrylic, making them ideal for offices, reception areas, shops, schools, hospitals – anywhere you need information to be visible at a glance. Whether you need to display just a few sheets or a dozen, we have you covered with various format options:

• 3 x A4: Holds 3 A4 sheets in a single column (vertical orientation). Overall board size: approx. 51 cm W x 68 cm H.

• 4 x A4: Holds 4 A4 sheets. Two layout configurations are available:

  • 2 rows x 2 columns (square layout) – approx. 55 cm x 74 cm. Comes with 4 wall standoffs.

  • 4 in a column (vertical layout) – approx. 50 cm x 68 cm.

• 6 x A4: Holds 6 A4 sheets (e.g., 3 columns x 2 rows grid). Board size: ~75 cm x 65 cm.

• 8 x A4: Holds 8 A4 sheets (4 columns x 2 rows). Board size: ~98 cm x 65 cm.

• 12 x A4: Holds 12 A4 sheets (6 columns x 2 rows). Board size: ~146 cm x 65 cm.

Each A4 pocket is oriented vertically (portrait) for easy reading. You can slide each sheet in and out from the top of its pocket for quick updates. In addition to these multi-pocket boards, we also supply single acrylic plates (for one A4 page) with either straight or rounded corners – perfect for door signs, name plates or customized notices (they can be personalized with vinyl lettering or logos). We even offer “sandwich” style two-panel sets (two acrylic plates that clamp a poster in between) with included spacers, providing a sleek double-sided display or added protection for a single graphic. No matter the format, all our solutions are designed for maximum visibility and ease of use.

Premium Acrylic Construction

Our communication boards are constructed from 100% high-grade clear acrylic for a refined look and robust performance. The acrylic panels (3–4 mm thick) are optically clear – ensuring your printed content is perfectly visible without distortion – and far more durable than standard poster frames. Unlike cheaper polypropylene or thin plastic alternatives, our acrylic won’t yellow over time and offers greater rigidity and scratch-resistance. Each board features polished edges; you can choose rounded corners for a contemporary, safer finish (no sharp points) or straight corners for a clean, angular look.

The frameless design means there’s no distracting border – the focus stays on your announcements. Multiple integrated acrylic pockets on each board hold the A4 sheets securely in place. These pockets keep your documents flat, organized, and protected from casual handling, dust, and creasing. By giving every notice its own dedicated pocket, nothing overlaps or hides other information (a common issue with cork boards). Many of our boards also include a space at the top to apply a custom logo or title using a vinyl decal, so you can brand your communication area and make it truly yours.

Easy Wall Mounting (Hardware Included)

Installing our acrylic boards is quick and easy. We include all necessary mounting hardware with each board, typically a set of stylish chrome-finish standoff spacers, screws, and wall plugs. The acrylic panels come pre-drilled with mounting holes – simply mark your wall, insert the plugs, and screw in the spacers to secure the board. The standoffs hold the panel slightly off the wall (usually about 1–2 cm), giving a floating effect that looks modern and also makes it easy to slide papers in and out of the pockets. Once mounted, the board is extremely stable and can support the weight of the documents without issue.

We understand that every space is different, so we also offer alternative installation methods:

• Self-adhesive pockets: For very temporary displays or glass surfaces, you might use individual A4 adhesive acrylic pockets (sold separately) which stick directly to windows or doors. They are great for quick notices without drilling.

• Cable suspension systems: We provide steel cable kits (sold separately) that allow you to hang acrylic pockets in front of windows or from the ceiling. This is an excellent solution if you want a double-sided display (visible from both sides), often used in real estate agencies or bank lobbies.

For most indoor uses, however, the included wall-mount kit will be the go-to choice, as it offers the most secure and permanent installation. Rest assured, even with the board firmly mounted, updating your content remains effortless – simply reach for the top of each pocket to remove or insert papers, without any need to take the board off the wall.
